Waves and hat.

I wonder what lady wore this hat.  It is summery and in another time would have been lovely for a stroll along the beach after church.
Did she attend a luncheon with the ladies on the lanai.  Or was she involved in charity work.  I wonder?
What would I have done back then if I were wearing this hat.  Maybe I'd be at a party.  The hat reminds me of waves and sea glass.  Fitting for the elegant Florida lifestyle.
